Our Services

We have locations across Victoria providing 3 and 4 Year Old Kindergarten, Pre-Prep, School Holiday Programs, Long Day Care and Occasional Care.

GRPSA currently manages and supports rural and regional preschools across the Goulburn Region in four different Shires including Moira, City of Greater Shepparton, Campaspe, and Strathbogie Shire Councils.

Avenel Preschool

Avenel Kindergarten is a place where children, families, educators and the wider community work together to create a safe, stimulating, sustainable and nurturing learning environment that responds to the needs of all and recognises individuals as life-long learners.

Barmah Kindergarten

We offer an indoor / outdoor program that is child directed, and fosters the children’s imagination, creativity, problem solving, discovery and independence. Our goal is for the children to become independent lifelong learners.

Colbinabbin Preschool

Our uniqueness lies in the rural setting in the Recreation Reserve where our service is nestled amidst the community’s sporting facilities (football, netball, tennis, bowls and swimming pool) as well as surrounding paddocks and creek which all assist in providing a natural environment for exploration and learning.

Eilleen Taylor Kindergarten

At Eilleen Taylor Kindergarten, our focus is on the strengths, interests and development of all children as individuals as well as the group as a whole. Our play based learning environment offers children the opportunity to belong to the environment and space, be in the moment, and become all that they can ever dream of being.

Euroa Kindergarten

Euroa Kindergarten provides programs and opportunities for children to develop and explore their skills and interests through play based learning in a supportive environment.

Gaambi Djinang Kindergarten

Gaambi Djinang Kindergarten is a new service located on the Nagambie Primary School grounds, providing programs and opportunities for children aged 4yrs.

Katamatite Kindergarten

Katamatite Kindergarten provides programs and opportunities for children to develop and explore their skills and interests through play based learning in a supportive environment.

Kialla West Primary Kindergarten

Opening Date: January 2027

McLean Street Kindergarten (Yarrawonga)

McLean Street Kindergarten is a 2 room service based in Yarrawonga on the Yarrawonga College P-12 site that opened in February 2026.

Merrigum Preschool and Occasional Care

Merrigum Preschool provides programs and opportunities for children to develop and explore their skills and interests through play based learning in a supportive environment.

Murchison Preschool

Our kinder program follows children’s and family’s interests to set up play experiences and activities that will provide opportunities for learning new skills, gaining knowledge and having fun.

Nagambie Preschool

Nagambie Preschool and Childcare Service provides programs and opportunities for children to develop and explore their skills and interests through play based learning in a supportive environment.

Nathalia Preschool

Our preschool supports sustainable practices (Bush Kinder, Superb Parrot Project, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), and promotes healthy eating (Smiles 4 Miles) and Sun Smart practices.

Punt Road Kindergarten and Childcare

The programs we offer our children throughout the service reflect a shared value and belief that all children are competent resourceful individuals who are capable of directing their own learning through their senses, investigation and exploration.

Rushworth Kindergarten and Childcare

The RKCC serves the rural town of Rushworth and the surrounding districts. The kindergarten offers a combined 3- and 4-year-old group. The service also offers Occasional Care.

Strathmerton Kindergarten

We aim to create a sense of belonging for all children and families, in which diverse identities, languages, values, experiences, skills, life styles and interests are reflected in the program.

Toolamba Preschool

At Toolamba Preschool we believe that early childhood is a time to foster children’s learning through acknowledging each child’s individual characteristics of belonging, being and becoming in an environment that is play based providing learning experiences that take into account children’s interests, skills and abilities.

Tungamah Preschool

Our play based program encourages children to have a strong sense of identity, to be connected with and contribute to their world, to have a strong sense of wellbeing, to be confident and involved learners and to be effective communicators.

Undera Kindergarten

Undera Kindergarten offers small, integrated Kinder and Pre-kinder groups supporting flexible and responsive learning for individual children’s needs. Our caring, qualified staff ensure they provide a nurturing, relaxed and stimulating indoor- outdoor program.

Violet Town and District Early Childhood Service

Violet Town and District Early Childhood Service provides programs and opportunities for children to develop and explore their skills and interests through play based learning in a supportive environment.
