GRPSA offers casual relief staff positions all year round!
GRPSA relief staff positions offer educators the opportunity to work within a range of diverse services, gain experience in Early Childhood settings and work alongside our experienced and passionate staff.
We are seeking a passionate Teachers and Educators to join our team of high quality professionals who are passionate about enriching children’s lives.

Once we receive all the required documents, we will contact you to conduct a short phone interview. You will be required to provide two professional referees, so please have these available on request.
Before you can begin relief work with us, there are some important documents that we need from you.
The following forms and documents will be sent to you. Please take your time to read these, fill them in and return.
- Relief Staff Record
- Banking
- Superannuation Form
- Tax File Declaration Form
- Privacy Policy Statement and Acknowledgment (please refer to the Privacy and Confidential Policy)
- Code of Conduct
- Compliance History Form
- ELAA Work History Form (ECT’s only)
- GRPSA Employee Survey
We also require the following documents from you:
- Copy of relevant Early Childhood or ACECQA recognised qualifications
- Copy of your Mandatory Reporting Certificate, completed within the last 12 months (link and instructions on this page)
- Copy of your OHS certificate (a link for this training will be emailed to you after we receive your application)
- Copy of a current First Aid Certificates
- Current Police Check that has been completed in the last 6 months and is an Employee Check. Volunteer Police Checks will not be accepted (not required for VIT registered Teachers)
- Current copy of your Working with Children Card or VIT
- Resume including two referees
