  • GRPSA is committed to providing a child safe environment where all children are safe and feel safe, and their voices are heard about decisions that affect their lives. Particular attention is paid to the cultural safety of Aboriginal children and children from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds, as well as the safety of children with a disability. All persons involved in GRPSA have a responsibility to understand the important and specific role they play as an individual and also a member of a collective group. This is to ensure that the well-being and safety of all children underpins everything we do.

GRPSA has been educating children for over 25 years, with the goal of creating a safe, exciting, engaging environment for children, families and educators.

Goulburn Region Preschool Association is a not-for-profit Kindergarten Cluster Management organisation funded by the State Government. Kindergarten cluster management reduces the administrative pressures on volunteer parent committees by handling the staffing, licensing requirements and financial responsibilities associated with managing a kindergarten.

GRPSA is overseen by a volunteer Board, with authority delegated to the Cluster Manager, who is responsible for the operations of the organisation. GRPSA Board is comprised of parent and community members who have been elected by the members of the Association.

The administration and staff of GRPSA are managed by six part-time staff; Cluster Manager Sue Brown, Early Childhood Managers Robyn Trickey and Corina McLeod, and Administration staff Amy Carrick, Leonie Wren and Carol McFadzean.
